Welcome inside the kitchen! Each week, I post my specials on Tuesdays, with ordering open until Friday at noon. All menu items are made from scratch with care, whether you’re craving a comforting take-and-bake meal or something sweet from my bakery case.

Pickup is available at my home kitchen (411 Clarion Drive) on Mondays from 4–6 p.m., with other pickup times available by appointment. I also offer in-town delivery for meals on Tuesdays for a small fee. Browse the menu below, place your order, and let me take care of the cooking — so you can simply enjoy.

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Flour tortillas flipped with shredded chicken breasts and covered in a homemade, sour cream sauce with green chiles. Sauce made with a roux of butter and flour, chicken broth, sour cream and green chiles.

Lasagna

Lasagna noodles layered with a creamy ricotta and parmesan cheese blend, marinara with ground beef and Italian sausage, and topped with mozzarella cheese)

Broccoli & Cheese Chicken Breasts

Chicken breasts stuffed with a mix of mayo, cream cheese and parmesan cheese, garlic and broccoli. Topped with paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper.

French Dip Sliders

Thin sliced beef and provolone cheese piled on slider rolls topped with melted butter, au jus mix, garlic and seasonings.
